The Reconquista vanquishes country radio in LA

More than twenty years ago when Tom Haden was first talking about the border between the US and Mexico dissolving, few (gringos anyway) were taking it seriously. In today’s SF Chronicle we find a story about the last country music station in LA, KZLA, changing its format “to appeal to Hispanic adult women…” This at a time when, according to the article “that more country music is sold in Los Angeles than anywhere else.”
