I remember I used to want to be a rock and roll star

Never other than it is,
Our lives (our living) continuously arises,
And we, we may miss the most of it,
Clutching at dreams of a different now.

When I was a youth (and later, old adolescent) I believed that my life would turn out if only…

But then the bad news is that it never turns out other than exactly how it is turning out in the moment. Difficult to realize this before 40. Wonderful to realize it at all.

And sometimes our past hopes, wishes, fantasies are placed before us…

Watching the old rockers
On PBS, I’m content
I never made the band.
